Great atmosphere and the best Italian food

Ordered 5 food, waited 50 minutes. Food lukewarm, salad almost inedible, wrong dishes. When calling to complain, more than unfriendly, just hung up. Exchange took place without apology. That wouldn't have happened to me at the pizza maker!

Now I was accompanied by my wife for the second time and now consider it really necessary to leave a comment ... the boss Roberto serves himself and is grumpy, in a bad mood, unfriendly and gives the impression that every guest is too much for him !! ! With the meal: my wife had spaghetti carbonara, not only that the spaghetti looked like lovelessly thrown on the plate, no, they were also wrongly prepared, instead of bacon cubes, cooked ham was used, the sauce was tasteless and almost nonexistent !!! I had a pizza salmon, the size corresponded to a child's portion, the dough was tough inside and burned around outside! There were also e.g. no onions or capers on it !!! When we ordered a glass of red wine and a coke after dinner, Roberto couldn't even remember and we had to get him to the Coke remember after he brought the glass of wine, he popped literally put the glass of coke on the table, so that even my wife was startled When you order a coke, you usually get a bottle with glass, here is filled from the 2 liter plastic bottle and for it He then demands 2.50 euros, a mockery! To the bill: 33.50 euros, I give him 35 euros, but without emphasizing that it would be OK !!! He just didn't bring the rest back !!! The chef Roberto can be happy that he is alone in the hallway with his Italian restaurant and so he always has customers because if he has work when boss is no longer lying, he should close !!! My advice: He should go look for a friendly waitress and send his cook back to the cooking school !!! I come from Luxembourg and am used to a different level, even a simple Italian Restaurant concerns, so the boss Roberto would close here after 3 months !!! NOT RECOMMENDABLE !!!

A table was ordered for 10 in the beer garden. Unfortunately we were only 8, which was not well received. We were then able to order the drinks 10 minutes later. The waiter was in a hurry to order the food. The order for a cream schnitzel was commented with "and the Italian". The waiter's facial expressions spoke volumes. The drinks came shortly after. Since regular guests had obviously registered, our table was moved forward to make room. No consideration was given to the drinks on it. After 1 1/4 hours the dishes came because the regular guests were preferred. Overall the food was ok. We had to divide our drinks because nobody was interested in whether someone wanted something else, whether it tasted or or. To eat the spaghetti clean, a spoon was ordered that was not used. After we signaled that we were ready, the "nice" waiter came to the table. When he said that the spoon was missing, he replied that the Italian did not have one. He also commented negatively on other comments about the inattention towards us. The boss came to cash in personally after both had a loud conversation in Italian across the beer garden. He apologized very halfheartedly and looked very arrogant towards us. Hospitality definitely looks different!

Greedy, unappealing owner who constantly increases prices and makes portions smaller. The same tomato sauce is available for everything. Medium pizza is the smallest I have ever seen. Absolutely no recommendation.

The meal was okay. After it came we were not served for an hour. All glasses were empty, which was probably ignored. Bad service!!

Delicious pizza, original Italian. High price. Upscale ambience. Long-established, sometimes the staff is "brewed" and a bit cool ... Really delicious food but without a desirable pinch for me "gaiety" .... But that's a matter of taste. I would also wish that there were gluten-free pizzas to choose from .. That would be great.

We also had the boss, great. No service for 20 minutes, even though the boss himself had assigned us the table. Then went to the German host of us gladly served since we had a nice evening and very friendly service. I had to forgive the one star, so that I could give a rating at all. Actually you would have to forgive 5 minute stars.

The food and dessert was good. However, I did not get what I ordered. We sat in the beer garden and all tables were occupied. Definitely book

Best Italian in the area to recommend many regulars

Nice, with very good italian foods.

I believe this was the restaurant we went to when stationed at Pirmasens in the 1980's if so the food was wonderful, it was very cozy back then and they always came out with a small red liquor after dinner that was a "digestive". I can't remember what it was but it was very good

Friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere with very good italian food.

An excellent Pizza Napoli for 5€ in a very nice backyard garden atmosphere.
